Water for Acne is a concept which I believes describes the process I have used to help greatly reduce the acne blemishes I encounter.  Acne is a skin condition which usually occurs when pores become clogged, bacteria is trapped within the pores, and the skin continues to produce oil.  It affects millions of people around the world and for some, including myself, acne can be embarrassing and puts a damper on your social life.

After years of enduring acne blemishes, I decided to try to figure out for myself what kept triggering my acne breakouts.  Through water for acne, I have found that a diet consisting of a lot less sugar and a lot more water, has been key in how I manage to keep acne breakouts at bay.
